SECURITY & PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your Personal Privacy Is Important To Us
Goalline is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our users and maintaining a secure online environment .
This Privacy Statement is designed to meet the following principles and practices:
- We fully disclose what information is collected on our sites and how we use that information;
- Association, league, and team organizers, participants and supporters who participate in our online programs may choose whether they want to continue to receive communications from us;
- We provide our registered organizers with access to their account information and the ability to modify that information; and
- We are dedicated to creating a secure environment for user information and use an advanced network server security system to safeguard user information.
In the more detailed description of our privacy practices below, when we use the term "you," we are referring to registered organizers, participants, supporters and general users of our web sites.
Third Party Content
Under this program, network space (outside the main content area of a sports website) on Goalline supported sites may contain products, services, content and information from third party providers (which includes advertisers, sponsors and affiliates) and/or links to their Web sites ("Third Party Content"). Goalline is neither responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites or any other sites you may visit on the Internet. For your own information and security, we recommend that you carefully read a site's individual privacy policies prior to using that site. Although Goalline is diligent about the selection of advertisers, sponsors, and affiliates, such Third Party Content is not under the control of Goalline and Goalline is not responsible for such content, including, without limitation, any link contained in such content, or any changes or updates to such content. Goalline is under no obligation, but does reserve the right to pre-screen Third Part Content available through these programs and does not assume any responsibility or liability for the content provided by others. This Third Party Content may be available on the Goalline Network only as a convenience, and the inclusion of such content does not imply endorsement by Goalline of such content or the affiliate or advertiser. Organizations and/or individuals may be subject to additional and/or different terms, conditions, and privacy policies when using third party products, services, content, software, or sites. Goalline does reserve the right to remove content that, in Goalline's judgment, does not meet its standards, but Goalline is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material.
Goalline is not and will not be responsible for (i) the terms and conditions of any transaction between an organization and/or individual and any third party, (ii) any insufficiency of or problems with any such third party's background, insurance, credit or licensing, or (iii) the quality of services performed by any such third party or any other legal liability arising out of or related to the performance of such services. In the event that an organization and/or individual has a dispute with any such third party, the organization and/or individual releases Goalline (and its affiliates, suppliers, agents and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
partment conducts frequent site-security audits. "Perfect security," however, does not exist on the Internet. Although your privacy is very important to us, due to the existing legal regulatory and security environment, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties. For example, Goalline will disclose personal information about an individual user if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with an applicable law or valid legal process.
