Moving teams between leagues is now easier, and more apparent!

There's a new option in the 'League Menu' - "Move Teams" - that is available to the user if they have access to teams in more than one league.

Admins will be able to move teams to each league they have 'team' access for, and moving the team will move the players, coaches and team-level admins for that team, as well as update the standings in the source and destination leagues.

A word of caution though, note that moving a team removes the team from all source-league schedules in the current season and inserts them into all destination-league schedules.
